Payment trust intelligenceIn development

You already have the evidence. You just can't prove it in time.

We are building the evidence layer that decides a chargeback dispute — captured at the moment of purchase, and assembled into a submission-ready package whether the dispute runs through Visa CE3.0, PayPal, or Buy-Now-Pay-Later. Join the waitlist for early access.

We'll email you when access opens. Nothing else, ever.

The problem

A fraudulent chargeback and a legitimate refund request look identical to a bank.

When a dispute lands, the issuing bank sees a claim and a merchant response. It has no way to tell the difference between a customer who was genuinely wronged and a customer who received their order and decided not to pay for it. So it defaults to the claim.

The evidence that would settle it exists — it was there at checkout, in the session, in the carrier scan. It just was never collected, never structured, and never submitted in a form the bank could act on.

What it costs you today
  • Hours per dispute
Screenshots, order exports, tracking numbers, email threads — assembled by hand, under a deadline.
  • Evidence you can no longer get
Session data and device signals are gone weeks later. The window to capture them was the moment of purchase.
  • Losses you should have won
Long production or transit times turn ordinary orders into disputes, and a bank with no context rules against you.
How it works

Evidence collected at purchase. Package assembled at dispute.

The work happens before you need it. By the time a dispute arrives, the case is already built.

01

Connect your store

Verixify connects to Shopify and begins collecting evidence on your very next storefront order — no tagging, no workflows, no work for you.

02

Evidence is captured automatically

Every order is recorded and timestamped. For orders placed through your storefront, that record also carries the device fingerprint, IP and the shopper’s response to your fulfillment terms — captured at the moment of purchase and stored append-only.

03

A dispute arrives

Verixify matches it to the order, pulls the full evidence stack, and scores your win probability so you know where you stand before you spend a minute on it.

04

Submit in one click

A complete, formatted package is assembled for the right venue — CE3.0 for card disputes, or PayPal and BNPL dispute formats — in under five seconds. Review it, download the PDF, submit it. Done.

What we are building: everything a dispute needs, timestamped and append-only.

Verixify is not open for signup yet. This is the evidence stack we are building — artifacts that are never edited after the fact, which is precisely what makes them hold up. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when it opens.

In development now

Complete order record

Every order synced from Shopify and timestamped — line items, amounts, customer, shipping address and fulfillment state — held as the spine of any dispute you file.

Fulfillment terms acceptance

A modal on your cart page shows the shopper your terms before they check out and records whether they accepted or dismissed it, against the exact policy version in force that day.

Device fingerprint and IP

Captured on the store session that placed the order. IP is truncated to /24 and the fingerprint is hashed before storage — never raw consumer data.

Your own supporting evidence

Upload screenshots, correspondence, proof of delivery or anything else the case needs. Everything is stored append-only and timestamped.

Dispute package assembly

Everything above compiled into a formatted, submission-ready package in the format the venue expects — Visa CE3.0 for card disputes, and PayPal and Buy-Now-Pay-Later formats — with a downloadable PDF.

Win probability scoring

Every dispute scored on the strength of the evidence actually attached to it, so you know where you stand before spending time on it.

Planned for later

Automatic carrier tracking

Delivery confirmation pulled directly from the carrier and attached to the case without you touching it.

Automatic checkout screenshot

A rendered capture of exactly what the customer saw when they paid, taken at the moment of purchase.

Who it's for

Some merchants get disputed more than others. Usually not for anything they did wrong.

What they have in common is exposure to chargeback abuse — disputes filed against orders they fulfilled correctly.

Made-to-order & custom manufacturers

Your build time is longer than the dispute clock.

When production runs weeks before anything ships, an impatient customer can open a dispute before the order was ever late. You end up arguing about a timeline the bank cannot see.

Verixify holds a complete, timestamped record of the whole order — from the moment they agreed to your terms to the carrier scan — so a long fulfillment window stops being a liability.

Subscription & recurring commerce

Every renewal is a dispute waiting to happen.

"I never authorized this" arrives on renewals the customer set up themselves, months earlier — one of the most common forms of chargeback abuse. At volume it stops being a nuisance and starts being a line item.

Verixify keeps proof of the original signup and each renewal, so an unauthorized-charge claim meets a record instead of your word against theirs.

Multi-brand retail groups

Five storefronts, one finance team, no shared view.

Disputes land in whichever store inbox they came from. Nobody can answer what the group actually lost last quarter, or which brand is bleeding.

Verixify gives one view across every store you run, with per-brand reporting your finance team can actually use.

Why Verixify exists

Built by a merchant who spent nearly a decade losing these fights.

Verixify's founder has fought fraudulent chargebacks for nearly a decade of running a global ecommerce store. No solution to date has been able to justly determine the difference between a fraudulent chargeback and a legitimate refund request.

Until Verixify — which serves merchants, banks and consumers fairly.

That last part matters. A system that simply helps merchants win every dispute is not a fair system — it is the same imbalance pointed the other way. Verixify is built to surface what actually happened, so a customer who was genuinely wronged is made whole and a merchant who did everything right is not punished for it.

Questions merchants ask

Which disputes does Verixify support?+

Disputes are not fought in one place. Card disputes on Visa and Mastercard run through Compelling Evidence 3.0 — the Visa standard that lets a merchant defeat a fraud claim by showing the cardholder has a prior, undisputed transaction history with them, matched on device ID, IP address, shipping address or account. It works, but only if you captured the right data at the time of purchase. PayPal and Buy-Now-Pay-Later providers each run their own process with their own evidence formats, and that is where many high-dispute merchants actually fight — often because their dispute rate keeps them off card-native rails in the first place. Verixify is built around the capture layer rather than any one venue: the same evidence recorded at purchase is assembled into whichever format the dispute requires.

Do I have to change anything about my checkout?+

Your checkout itself is untouched. Evidence collection runs quietly in the background once you add the Verixify app block to your theme. The acceptance widget is optional: when you set your fulfillment terms, a modal appears on your cart page showing them before the shopper continues. It never blocks or gates checkout — if they dismiss it, they carry on as normal and we simply record that they dismissed it.

What happens to customer data?+

Verixify never stores raw consumer PII. Emails are hashed with SHA-256 and IP addresses are truncated to /24 before storage. Evidence artifacts are append-only and immutable — nothing can be edited after the fact, which is exactly what makes them credible to an issuing bank.

What is a Merchant Trust Score?+

A single reputation score from 300 to 1000 that reflects how well you actually operate as a merchant. You can see your own score in the dashboard, track it over time, and get specific guidance on what will improve it.

When can I get access?+

Verixify is not open for signup yet. We are opening access to a select first group of merchants. Join the waitlist and we will email you when access opens — that is the only email you will get from us.
